“I have a flat in 'Veronica' building in the 'Vasant Oasis' project of Sheth Creators. My experience with Sheth Creators so far has been very good. I have had bad experiences with other builders in the past, but my experience here has been a very very different one. All the teams right from sales to CRM to legal to engineering; they are all pretty professional and courteous in their approach. My registration formalities were handled by them efficiently. All my requests were happily accommodated by them with a smile on their faces. There were no goof ups or errors anywhere, and everything that was promised was duly complied with on time. They went out of the way at times, when necessary, to have documents collected from my residence, and that is much appreciated. The good pace at which they are currently constructing is also pretty encouraging. The project is well made with contemporary and beautiful amenities and another set of amenities still in the pipeline in the other phase under construction. For sure, I shall recommend my friends to this beautifully made township. Special mention about their sales team who have been very cordial, helpful, cooperative and professional all through my interactions with them. I eagerly wait the possession of my flat now (which is scheduled in April-May of 2017), so that I can shift soon to this beautiful township.”
